South Florida has the perfect climate for a pool. If you want a pool look for one with a pool heater. Although if you are moving from the North winter temperatures in the 70's may seem great once you have lived here for a while that pool will feel chilly during those 70 degree days. You should take care before opting to purchase a home with a pool. Every year in Florida many young children die from drowning. If you have young children make sure they know how to swim, or consider building a pool sometime in the future after your children have learnt to swim.
