A development is a group homes normally built by one developer or a
consortium of developers in one area. The development has a name a defined
boundary and normally has some kind of facilities or community areas associated
with it. The community areas may include a pool, parks , a clubhouse, a gym etc.
The community areas are normally paid for by Home Owner Association (HOA) fees.
