PITI is the monthly mortgage loan payment including Principal + Interest + Taxes + Insurance.
To be conservative, I add Assoc./Condo Fees to the calculation of PITI. Assoc./Condo Fees are a bona fide monthly housing expense and should be included. At least this is our opinion.
